William Hogan, II

Chairman Bill Hogan also serves as chief executive officer and chairman of The Hogan Company, an investment banking firm. Prior to the start-up of The Hogan Company, he was the Vice President of Worldwide Corporate Operations for Medtronic, Inc. Prior to Medtronic, he served for seven years as Honeywell's vice president of Worldwide Operations. Hogan served as Vice Chancellor at the University of Kansas and served on the boards of trustees/directors at the University of Minnesota Board of Regents, MEDA, and the Science Museum of Minnesota. He has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.

Loren Taylor, President

Starting with Northern States Power in 1973, Larry Taylor worked in a variety of roles in virtually every business segment of the company, from electric generation to gas distribution, corporate staff to electric transmission and distribution. In his last position, Taylor was the President of the Delivery business unit. Taylor holds a BS degree from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Stephen Caskey, Vice President

The 30 year utility veteran has experience with electric supply, electric transmission, and gas and electric distribution for NSP and Xcel, most recently working as managing director of business strategy for Xcel's Energy Delivery unit. Caskey holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and graduated from the Minnesota Management Institute at the Carlson School of Management.

Jerome Larsen, Vice President

The former chairman, president and CEO of NSP Wisconsin -- a subsidiary of Xcel Energy -- has held a breadth of utility positions, including management of transmission and distribution operations, line/pipe workers, technicians and contractors and contract negotiations over his 30 year career. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University Minnesota and graduated from the Minnesota Management Institute at Carlson School of Management.

Elsie Martin

Elsie Martin has over twenty-five years of experience working as an internal consultant at a large, investor-owned electric and gas utility. At the utility, she worked on a wide range of decision problems, including cancellation of a nuclear power plant and priority setting for the more than $200 million "poles & wires" operating budget. Since 2002, Martin has been President of Myers Martin Consulting, LLC and consults primarily on strategic challenges. Martin holds a BA in mathematics from Carleton College, a MAT from Northwestern, and a MS in Operations Research and Systems Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
